About Blue Thistle
Blue Thistle Fibers is a small-batch, naturally dyed fiber company based in the mountains of West Virginia. We hand-dye protein and cellulose fibers, including fabrics, yarns, knitwear, and processed wool products using natural dyes. We grow dye flowers and forage dye materials from our 3-acre urban farm and also source raw materials from our growing network of small farms and specialty producers.

Can be used as a great substitute for mohair, but itโs so much softer that itโs hard to call it a substitute.
