Botanical Dyes
Our fibers are dyed using traditional botanical dyes, including madder, indigo, weld, and cochineal, and foraged barks, lichens, and mushrooms. We buy dyes from tested commercial dye sources, and also grow some dye materials on our West Virginia farm.

Flexible Manufacturing
Our fibers are produced in small batches using Belfast Mini Mill equipment in our working fiber mill & natural dye studio.

New River Gorge Region
Our mill sits in Gauley Bridge, West Virginia — gateway to New River Gorge National Park and the confluence of the Gauley and New Rivers.
