We are committed to making shipping as convenient and cost-effective as possible for you. Currently, we exclusively ship via USPS, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.

Our flat rate USPS first-class parcel option guarantees your yarn will arrive within 4-5 business days, while the flat rate USPS Priority boxes offer a quicker 3-4 business day delivery, depending on the shipping provider.

We track all shipments, so if you experience any delays or your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We currently are only shipping internationally to Canada. Shipments will arrive via United States Postal Service or FedX and are a flat rate depending on your location.  Please be aware that Canadian tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We track all USPS shipments up to the Canadian border. From there, we are unable to track your shipment as it progresses through the Canadian postal system.  If you need tracking in Canada, we suggest selecting the FEDX shipping option.

If the address you specify is incorrect and your order is returned to us, we will contact you to correct the address and request that you pay for additional shipping costs to re-ship your order.
