About Blue Thistle
Blue Thistle Fibers is a small-batch, naturally dyed fiber company based in the mountains of West Virginia. We hand-dye protein and cellulose fibers, including fabrics, yarns, knitwear, and processed wool products using natural dyes. We grow dye flowers and forage dye materials from our 3-acre urban farm and also source raw materials from our growing network of small farms and specialty producers.

This soft, exotic yarn is perfect for your extra special projects; hats, scarves and sweaters you will cherish for many winters to come.
Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent made specifically for washing wool and other fine fibers or a PH-neutral, dye-free detergent. Lay flat to dry.

Blue Thistle Fibers contributes to our Regional Fibersheds (Restbelt Fibershed & West Virginia Fibershed) by sourcing and supplying to other fiber processors, artists, and fiber users. We are supporting a growing network of fiber producers committed to ethical and sustainable Fiber practices.
