Blue Thistle Fibers welcomes international customers and is currently selling in most countries:
- Canada
- Mexico
- England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland
- EU & Northern European Countries
- South Africa
- Some countries in the Middle East
- Some countries in Asia
- Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Oceania
For international shipments, Blue Thistle Fibers includes required import/customs documentation with specific items & values listed. The customer is responsible for paying country TARIFF and VAT to the local customs/taxing authority.
Your package can be delayed because of customs/taxing authority processing. No refunds or credits will be issued due to delays caused by customs/taxing authority or lost items.

Does Blue Thistle ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to any of the countries listed above and offer free shipping on international orders over $700 (note that free shipping refers to transportation only; any applicable duty/taxes are an additional cost paid by you via your local tax/customs authority).
Will I be charged customs fees/VAT?
Our international shipping charges do not include any local duties or taxes, and they may be charged separately by your country’s customs department—they are different in every country, and we have no control over them. You are not paying them to us; you are paying them to your own government. If you have any questions about duties/taxes, please email us at sara@bluethistlefibers.com, and we will help you find answers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and pack. Once it ships, standard shipping usually takes:
- 2-5 business days for domestic orders
- 3-10 business days for international orders (depending on country)
Please note that processing and shipping time can take longer than normal during holidays and sales.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently offer 3-day priority shipping via the US Postal Service. Note that our shipping department is normally open only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We may be able to upgrade your order to 1 or 2-business-day flat rate priority shipping for an additional fee – please get in touch with us at sara@bluethistlefiber.com to discuss rates/times if you need your order fast!
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only apply to your order if your shipping address is located in West Virgina.
