Dark River Orchid Baby Suri Alpalca / Mulberry Silk
$30.00Dark River Orchid Baby Suri Alpalca / Mulberry Silk
$30.00Blue Colorway: Dark River Orchid 50 g / 459 yd / 420 m.
Dark River Orchid Baby Suri Alpaca / Mulberry Silk is 1 ply blend of 75% Baby Suri Alpaca / 25% Mulberry Silk.
A fuzzy plume of baby suri alpaca aloft a resplendent, shimmering core of silk, this yarn floats as if lifted by air and adds a beautiful, soft texture to any project. Can be used as a great substitute for mohair, but it’s so much softer that it’s hard to call it a substitute. Our Suri Alpaca/Silk blend holds its own in projects or looks great with another yarn to add a lovely halo effect. Wool Origin: Peru.
Hand wash in cold water using mild detergent. Do not bleach. Dry flat away from direct sunlight.
While our team hand-dyes each skein with the utmost care, natural dyes results can vary based on plant materials and fibers. Please be aware that variations in color and appearance may vary from the display image. Please wash yarn before first use as natural dye color can bleed for several washes.
